We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we strive to deliver the best quality products possible. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for store credit within 30 days.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Please contact us to receive a return number BEFORE shipping your item(s) back.
  • All returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items:

  • All other items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Order Issue Policy

We strive to ensure every order is perfect, but occasionally mistakes can happen. If you receive an item with a misprint or defect, we’re here to make it right. Here’s how to handle any issues with your order:

  1. Contact Us Promptly: Please reach out to our support team (shop@goosechase.com) within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Documentation: To help us resolve the problem quickly, please include photos of the issue.
  3. Resolution Options: Depending on the issue, we will offer:
    • A replacement of the correct item.
    • A full refund.
    • Store credit.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
